I started the onehoundredpushups program today.
The target to achieve were 5 series with 60 seconds break:
10 / 10 / 8 / 6 / max (at least 7)
I made:
10 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 11 (collapsed on the floor)
Result: I have no feeling in my arms, but they seem to still work ’cause they’re trembling since. My elbow hurts as well. I believe I’ll be in pain tomorrow
